Master's Awards

During the Master’s Ceremony each year, graduating students, faculty and staff are acknowledged for their accomplishments and contributions to the University.

Nominations

All awards granted by the Division of Master’s and Professional Programs in the School of Professional Studies can be found on UFunds under Master's Student Awards. All nominations are reviewed by the Graduate Council, which also makes final determinations regarding the winner. For more details on the nomination process, requirements and deadlines, view each award below.

The awards and honorariums are presented to each recipient during the Master’s Ceremony in May.

The Brown University Graduate Student Council confers the Bates-Clapp Award annually to a staff member who has made outstanding contributions to master's students.
